Acceptance of conditions
By using and contributing to any part of this website, including building your own subsite you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any posts, blogs or any other information (any such activities referred to as ‘contribution) added by anyone other than Naked Leader is the sole responsibility of the ‘contributor’ (the person making the ‘contribution’).
Abuse Reporting
The most important and overriding condition is that any form of abuse will not be tolerated and Naked Leader always have the right to remove any contribution which we consider an abuse. If you feel that any contribution on this website or contributors subsites is abusive please report it to webmaster@nkdleader.com
Leadership theme
Contributions and build your own sites must be within the remit of leadership. While this can be a far reaching genre Naked Leader reserves the right to remove contributions that Naked Leader feels to be outside this sphere of activity.
Security Breaches
Any breaches of security – unauthorised use of accounts, subsites or membership or any other security breach must be reported immediately to webmaster@nkdleader.com.
Intellectual Property, Ownership and Copyright
Rights to Intellectual Property, copyright and ownership laws must be respected. Any contributor is liable for his/her own contribution and contributors will be liable for any damages arising from their contributions,
Contribution Integrity
Contributors must ensure that
• any licensing relating to contribution is adhered to.
• Contributions are not spam, spammed or machine generated.
• Contributions do not contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive content.
• Permission to reproduce third party content has been given by the appropriate authority.
Fees and Payment
Fees for additional features will be collected by credit card before being made available. It will be clear what features are provided for what fee and for what period.
We accept credit card payments. Prices are stated in GBP, if you are not paying in GBP, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Additional features can be cancelled at any time and this will take effect from the end of the current period that payment has been taken for. There will be no refunding of fees either full or prorata unless Naked Leader is at fault.

Naked Leader’s and Third Party Intellectual Property
This Agreement does not transfer to any contributor any Naked Leader or third party intellectual property. All rights, title and interest in and to such property will remain solely Naked Leader. All trademarks, graphics and logos used in connection with www.nakedleader.com trademarks or registered trademarks of David Taylor Associates Consulting Ltd. Any other trademarks, graphics and logos used in connection with www.nakedleader.com may be the trademarks of other third parties. Contributors using and contributing to the website and subsites are not granted right or license to reproduce or otherwise any Naked Leader or third-party trademarks.
Termination
Contributors may terminate this agreement by discontinuing to use www.nakedleader.com and any subsites. Naked Leader may terminate a contributor’s use of the website or subsites at any time with immediate effect. We reserve the right to do this with or without cause. We are under no obligation to provide this or any other services to anyone. If any payment for service has been taken which has subsequently been terminated then this will only be refunded where contributor is not in breach of this agreement. The entire site may be closed down as decided by Naked Leader or as part of closing down Naked Leader business at any time. Naked Leader will not be liable for any loss of business to any third party as a result of closing down www.nakedleader.com or any of it’s subsites. The provisions of this agreement still applicable following termination shall survive termination.
Contributors risks
Contributions and use of subsites are entirely at the risk of the contributor. Whilst every effort will be made by Naked Leader to remove abusive material, or many material violating property rights, this can only be done if such activity is reported to us. Naked Leader is not liable for any damages caused to the contributor by his/her own contribution or other contributor’s contributions on www.nakedleader.com or any subsites.
